Woodland/Wild One - Harvey Turns One

All first birthday's are super special but little Harvey's first birthday was extra special for us as we had the absolute pleasure of styling Mumma Ruth's baby shower to celebrate the impending arrival of little Harvey last year.

Ruth wanted a Woodland/Wild One theme and chose our Rustic Picnic & Lawn Games package to create the base of the party. Wooden trestle picnic table, galvanised pots for two toned greenery and navy blue accents in the fabric table runners and vintage style picnic blankets gave the party the exact look and feel Ruth had hoped for.

The drinks station and cake table were the focal point of the party, adorned with two of our jumbo white balloons with ivy tails. The party was planned to be a nearby local park but the rain washed out any outdoor plans. We moved the party to Ruth's double garage and added turf mats to bring the woodland feel inside.

The kids and the grown ups played lawn games, enjoyed fresh hot coffee and celebrated with little Harvey and his family.

{UPDATE} Since we posted this Ruth contacted us to say little Harvey is going to be a big brother! We can't wait to plan a little gender reveal for this gorgeous family!
