Shipping
We offer both Standard ($9.95) & Express ($16.95) shipping for delivery within Australia. We offer FREE shipping on orders of $99 or more within Australia.
Large or bulky shipments may not be subject to our standard shipping charges. In these instances, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatch of your order.
We do not currently offer international shipping or pick up/collection.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business-hours. Delivery times vary depending on location, please allow 7-10 business days with standard shipping and 2-3 business-days with express shipping.
When your order is dispatched, you with receive an email from us advising that your parcel is on its way.
You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post containing a Tracking ID. You can use this Tracking ID to track your parcel on Australia Post’s website.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Changes and cancellations
All orders placed via our website are considered final. If you wish to add or change an item after placing your order please contact customer service at info@lovelyoccasions.com.au as soon as possible. After your parcel is dispatched no changes are available.
Returns
We will happily refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged, however, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please contact us at info@lovelyoccasions.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange for return and/or replacement of your goods. Refunds will be made by the original purchase method excluding shipping costs. We aim to refund your purchase within 7 business-days of receiving the returned goods in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned unused and unopened in the original condition and packaging. Please also provide your original receipt as proof of purchase.
Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items. We do not offer refunds of exchange for change of mind.
Please note that we are also unable to refund or replace items that are lost or damaged in transit.
